In this workshop, we will learn to draw people. In the first part of the workshop, participants will learn about proper proportions of the face and its features. The second part of the workshop will focus on the human figure, its proper proportions, and adding gesture to drawings. We will look at Renaissance artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo, and at the end of the workshop we’ll be a little closer to portraying the human figure as expertly as they did.
